Swisher Hygiene Announces Appointment of Vincent Lichtenberger as New Senior Vice President & General Counsel
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Swisher Hygiene Inc. ("Swisher Hygiene") (Nasdaq:SWSH) (TSX:SWI), a leading provider of essential hygiene and sanitation products and services, announced today that it has appointed Vincent Lichtenberger as its new Senior Vice President & General Counsel, effective immediately.

Mr. Lichtenberger has 22 years of legal experience, including over 15 years as counsel of various U.S. public companies. Prior to joining Swisher Hygiene, he served as Senior Counsel & Assistant Secretary since 2006 for Goodrich Corporation ("Goodrich"), an aerospace manufacturer recently acquired by United Technologies, where he was responsible for Goodrich's corporate governance and public company compliance, as well as legal counsel for various corporate transactions. Prior to Goodrich, Mr. Lichtenberger was Senior Corporate Counsel & Assistant Secretary from 1997 to 2006 at auto manufacturer BorgWarner, Inc. Previously, he also worked for several years at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and a Juris
Doctorate from Boston College Law School.
